First of all, to disassemble the mold of the cement brick machine, first lift the mold box and the die head to the hook position and wait for the hooks to engage, and then drop the mold box. When the mold box falls to the bottom, stop, place a pallet on the mold box, and then Raise the mold box and stop the machine after the die head indenter is in contact with the wooden pallet on the mold box. Loosen and remove the connecting block screws between the die head and the die head slider of the cement brick machine, and then start the demoulding motor. At this time, the die head and the mold box fall at the same time, stop when they fall to the bottom, and lift the die head down.

Secondly, when handling the non-burning brick mechanical mold, you should handle it with care, and you should not throw it around. When installing or dismantling the mold, lifting equipment should be used to prevent the mold from being broken and damaged.

Finally, the mechanical mold for non-burning bricks should be positioned accurately and clamped reliably on the equipment. After the pressing plate presses the mold, its pressing base surface should be parallel to the equipment installation base surface and must not be skewed.
