1. Split welded cast steel frame, simple structure, strong impact resistance; Heavy-duty eccentric shafts and bearings ensure impact resistance of the movable jaw assembly; A heavy guard plate is installed above the movable jaw to withstand the strong impact of the material. 2. The jaw plate and edge guard plate are made of high manganese steel, the elbow plate is made of gray cast iron, and the eccentric shaft is made of high strength forged steel, which has enough stiffness and strength after many precise mechanical processing, heat treatment and flaw detection.
This product adopts cast steel frame and moving jaw, with high strength and long service life. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance and low operating cost.
It widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries and many other sectors. The PE series is used for rough crushing, which is various materials with crushing compressive strength not exceeding 320 MPa, and PEX series is used for medium and fine crushing.
